ADC files an action of unconstitutionality before GCBA after the introduction of Face Recognition System

By the end of October, we filed a Declarative Action of Unconstitutionality against the Government of the City of Buenos Aires after the Ministry of Justice and Security issued Resolution 398/19 to introduce the Face Recognition System in city surveillance cameras. The action is part of a broader work on strategic litigation of public interest that Asociación por los Derechos Civiles (ADC) has been undertaking for more than 24 years in order to promote changes in public policies to protect civil rights
