Launch of ADC en casa, episode 2

We released a new edition of the cycle ADC en casa [ADC
at home], this time devoted to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). With the support of Article 19, we worked on a project
in which we examined the topics discussed by ITU in order to make specific contributions, bolstering the exchange within that space and the training of young professionals. In the new issue of ADC en casa. our researchers Marianela Milanes and Sara Soubelet introduce Alejandra Sebastián and Nadia Vázquez, from the National University of La Plata
to detail their experience in the program, sharing the content of the contributions they worked on and the particularities that can be found
