ADC in Washington

On August 15 and 16, the Organization of American States (OAS) held a regional consultation with non-government experts in Washington D.C., to collect input on the process carried out by the UN Group of Governmental Experts (GGE). The GGE seeks to deliberate on state behavior in the cyberspace, in an attempt to promote peace and security in information and communication technologies. On August 14, our public policy analyst and researcher, Leandro Ucciferri, gave a presentation on the link between cybersecurity and human rights in a parallel event for state representatives.
