ADC at the second edition of FemIT

​On November 16, 2019, the second edition of FemIT Conf was held in the city of Buenos Aires, a conference on technology with a gender perspective organized by the group LasDeSistemas.

The event -hosted on this occasion by the School of Exact and Natural Sciences (University of Buenos Aires) – consists of technical talks given by women, lesbians, transvestites, trans and non-binaries, followed by a debate involving the participation of a panel of gender specialists.

In this edition of FemIT, as a Black Sponsor, ADC organized a grant program to promote the participation of people from the interior of the country, who often lack the possibility of attending this kind of conference. Seven participants from provinces of Buenos Aires, Chaco, Chubut, Córdoba, Corrientes, Mendoza, and Santa Fe were awarded grants.
