Releasing of report on our PubliElectoral data survey

Since 2018, ADC has been supporting different types of exploratory analysis on microtargeting in advertising on social networking sites during electoral campaigns and sharing experiences plus creating bonds with other organizations working on these issues elsewhere around the world. In 2019, in the context of the general election, we continued our research and development of solutions to improve transparency in campaign spending on social networking sites. Through software specifically designed for the purpose, we selected and scrutinized elections ads on Facebook. The report Election advertising on social networks – PubliElectoral: A Tool in the Pursuit of Transparency recaps the analysis of such data.
