Condolence for passing of Guillermo Moncayo

The Asociación por los Derechos Civiles (ADC) expresses its deepest sorrow for the death of Dr. Guillermo Moncayo, who had been a member of the organization since its foundation in 1995 and of the Advisory Council between 2000 and 2012.

Mr Moncayo made significant contributions to ADC and will always be recalled as an outstanding jurist and a warm-hearted person. We send our most genuine compassion to his family and friends in this difficult time.
