Participation in the hearing for the appointment of the new head of the AAIP 

On March 23rd, a public hearing was held to evaluate the candidate proposed by the National Government to head the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). ADC took part and shared a brief of the observations sent in writing during the selection period.

Being the body in charge of protecting access to public information and the safeguard of personal data, it is vital that the AAIP be directed by a suitable candidate with a solid background in the defense of such rights.
